Our client is seeking a Compliance Assistant Manager & Compliance Officer to join their Risk and Compliance team.

In this role, you will act as the registered Compliance Officer for the company and its subsidiaries, oversee AML and trust activities, manage risk assessments, risk registers, and compliance reporting, support high-risk client reviews, assist with regulatory reporting, monitor changes in relevant laws, and lead core compliance activities including monitoring, training, and policy oversight. Prior experience in CO, MLRO, or deputy roles is preferred, along with experience managing and developing team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance or risk within regulated businesses, a strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations, and the ability to lead projects and influence senior stakeholders.
