Job Description

Our client is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will manage residential properties owned by private individuals or companies, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and development while working closely with tenants, owners, and contractors. You will handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs, coordinate repairs and renovations, manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with Jersey housing legislation and health and safety standards, and collaborate with surveyance, accounts, and other property managers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ property management experience, strong knowledge of Jersey housing law, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
