Job Description

Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator – Pensions to join their team.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across all pension products, assist with the set-up and ongoing servicing of personal and corporate schemes, manage documentation and payments, and support reporting to tax authorities. You will also help build strong relationships with Members, Independent Financial Advisers, and third-party providers, while developing your understanding of Jersey pension law, compliance, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand your professional skills, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
