An excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a leading fiduciary services firm as a Fund Administrator. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, managing a portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity Funds, including Limited Partnerships, Fund Companies, and SPVs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of fund administration and company secretarial duties.

Maintain investor records, process capital calls and distributions, and oversee daily cash management.

Support the take-on and setup of new fund structures, including AML/KYC processes.

Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise and mentor junior administrators.
What you will require:

Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, with or studying towards ICSA or a similar qualification.

Prior experience in fund, trust, or corporate administration (Real Estate or Private Equity exposure preferred).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and professional approach.
