Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join our Business Management team. This role is ideal for someone with Company Secretarial, Trust and Company, or Legal administration experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the governance and compliance of managed entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Organise meetings, prepare board packs, and track actions.
- Maintain accurate company data, statutory records, and contract registers.
- Assist with internal forums and policy frameworks.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and business management support.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a trust & company, company secretarial, or legal role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident with MS Office and maintaining confidential information.
- Studying or planning to study towards a governance or trust qualification (e.g., CGI or STEP).
