Our client is seeking an experienced Group Revenue Manager to lead their revenue control function and drive strong financial performance across the business. You’ll oversee billing, collections, aged debt, WIP, and credit risk while partnering closely with fee earners and client teams to improve processes and reduce lock-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the revenue control team.
• Manage debtor performance and drive timely collections.
• Improve billing accuracy, efficiency, and compliance (incl. e-billing).
• Oversee WIP, disbursements, bad debt provisioning, and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance cashflow.

Key Skills

• Strong revenue management or credit control experience in professional services.
• Knowledge of systems such as Elite 3E and ARCS.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver results under pressure.
• Process-driven, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
• CICM or accounting qualifications are a plus.
