Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager, Fund Administration to join their Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-quality Real Estate clients, managing a portfolio of funds, SPVs and Limited Partnerships.

The role involves full-scope fund and company secretarial administration, investor relations, cash management, oversight of financial reporting and audits, and coordination with legal and regulatory bodies. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, KYC/AML processes, and supporting business growth initiatives.

You will manage client relationships, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the ongoing development of internal procedures and best practices.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate Fund, Trust or Company Administration.
  • Strong Company Secretarial and corporate governance knowledge.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Understanding of LPAs, SPVs and Real Estate fund structures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA) is desirable.
