Job Description

Our client is looking for an Executive Director who will form part of the senior leadership team in Jersey, taking responsibility for the day to day management of the business, regulatory oversight, internal governance and board level decision making, while acting as a director and authorised signatory for internal and client entities. The role encompasses leadership of senior teams, oversight of client delivery and profitability, business development and marketing initiatives, risk and regulatory engagement, and contribution to strategic and business-wide projects. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive senior experience in private equity and real estate funds, strong knowledge of Jersey’s regulatory and corporate governance environment, proven leadership and commercial capability, and the technical expertise, professional credibility and communication skills required to operate effectively at board and executive level.
