Job Description

Our client is seeking a Client Take-on Senior Administrator who will manage and oversee the end-to-end client onboarding and due diligence process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a high standard of service to clients and internal stakeholders. The role includes preparing and opening new matters, conducting screening and AML checks, managing and tracking CDD documentation, escalating risks, mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements across the take-on function. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level or equivalent, have proven experience in a CDD or client take-on role within a legal or financial services environment, a good understanding of company, trust and fund structures, and be studying or willing to study toward a relevant ICA qualification, with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
