Job Description

Our client is seeking a Manager - Financial Control on a 9-month fixed-term basis in Jersey. The role is responsible for leading month-end and year-end close processes, statutory reporting, balance sheet governance, and audit coordination, ensuring strong financial controls and accurate reporting. You will oversee finance operations, manage stakeholder relationships, support process improvements and transformation initiatives, and provide leadership to the Financial Control team. Candidates should be a fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and experience in regulated or professional services environments.
