Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant – Corporate Services to support the delivery of financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of corporate structures. The role involves preparing management accounts and financial statements, supporting audit processes, and assisting with complex transactions including SPVs, acquisitions, and refinancing activity, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified with experience using accounting systems and strong attention to detail.
