Job Description

Our client is seeking a Head, Non-Financial Risk to lead the implementation and oversight of the Non-Financial Risk framework across multiple business areas. The role involves acting as a trusted risk partner to senior stakeholders, driving risk culture and governance, overseeing risk assessments and control frameworks, supporting business change initiatives, monitoring emerging risks, managing information and operational risk matters, and providing risk reporting and insights to committees, boards, regulators, and senior management. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a small team while ensuring effective risk management practices are embedded across the organisation. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business, Risk Management or a related field, have at least 7 years’ experience in risk, governance, compliance, or operational risk within financial services, and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
