Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations and Business Support to join their growing team. This is a strategic role focused on driving operational excellence, leading transformation initiatives, strengthening risk management and improving processes across the Channel Islands and wider Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading transformation and operational improvement projects.
  • Supporting risk management and governance frameworks.
  • Improving processes, reporting and data governance.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Supporting regulatory, audit and compliance activity.

Key skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in trust, corporate or private wealth services.
  • Strong operational risk and governance knowledge.
  • Project management and stakeholder skills.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical ability.
