Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join their Jersey SPV Services team, supporting the administration of high-value real estate structures, including joint ventures, funds, and long-term asset holding vehicles.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified fiduciary professional (ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent) with experience managing complex client portfolios within real estate or corporate services. You'll take the lead on client relationships, oversee corporate governance and statutory obligations, mentor and develop team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

You will have a strong understanding of Jersey regulatory requirements, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while managing multiple priorities.
