Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their corporate services department, focusing on delivering a range of corporate administration services to a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities. 

Your duties would include maintaining records, liaising with clients and third parties, processing bank payments, reconciling payment logs and approvals, creating and distributing invoices, fee collection, and pursuing debtors are just a few of the important duties that come with managing a varied portfolio of Jersey-incorporated businesses. Other duties include proactively taking on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks, supervising trainee administrators, and completing project work as needed. 

The ideal applicant will have at least two years of relevant experience in the finance sector, a solid educational background, outstanding verbal and writing communication skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), a solid grasp of relevant statutory laws, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
