The key responsibilities of the role include closely working with the Head of Compliance to deliver a robust AML/counter-terrorist financing (CFT) program. Some of the core duties involve handling client onboarding relationships effectively through independently managing AML processes, such as conducting customer due diligence reviews on new and existing investors, interpreting complex client structures, and assisting with client reviews.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an AML role and hold a diploma-level professional compliance qualification. You must have a genuine interest in undertaking a role that rewards independent thinking, professional judgment, and strong analytical skills. You would need to have a  strong background and understanding of financial services, strong administration, analytical and organisational abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
