Job Description
The Manager of Fund Administration is responsible for maintaining a high-performing team for a portfolio of client relationships, providing management and technical support. You will collaborate with directors to develop and implement business strategies that support growth, efficiencies, and high-quality client service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing private capital structures, ensuring accurate client data, managing KPI management, and implementing changes to business processes. The Manager also takes an active role in recruitment, appraisals, and maintaining client and advisor relationships. They build a strong reputation through positive relations with external stakeholders, successfully establish new structures, and secure revenue opportunities.
Requirements include acting as an authorized signatory, managing tasks and new business, adhering to company workflows, billing and settlement of debt, working closely with the accounting team, and providing proactive query management.
The Manager must have at least 6 years of funds experience, demonstrated supervisory experience, and a fund company secretarial background. They must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of regulatory and legal requirements, and the ability to work independently and within corporate policies.
