Joining our client's Governance Services team as a Senior Administrator is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and seasoned Senior Administrator.
The Senior Administrator will be in charge of providing excellent administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with an emphasis on client service components, and will report to the Client Services Manager. The position encompasses the entire client life cycle, including continuing administration and the client take-on procedure.
Proven experience in corporate administration, possession of or pursuit of a relevant professional certification, proficiency with Microsoft desktop software, and knowledge of specialised software such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint are all necessary.
An optimistic and adaptable attitude, the capacity to manage people, time, and tasks to meet deadlines, the ability to work autonomously, the capacity to form relationships and collaborate with others, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are all desirable attributes for the Senior Administrator position.
