Role Overview: The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders, aligning business goals with HR best practices. This role will ensure the successful execution of corporate HR initiatives, talent management, and people development strategies. Key responsibilities include coaching managers, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organisational change initiatives. The role also involves analysing workforce data and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to implement strategic people plans and drive change.
- Provide coaching to enhance leadership and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and manage employee relations.
- Champion talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
- Use data-driven insights to support business objectives and improve HR strategies.
- Support inclusivity in recruitment, development, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) with 4-5 years' experience in a similar HRBP role.
- Expertise in employment law, HR systems, and business trends.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
