A fantastic opportunity to join a top tier global professional services provider to support the development of the business by providing and promoting a first class personal service to existing and prospective clients, working closely with Co-Directors and wider management team to ensure business growth and that the regulatory, Compliance, Corporate Governance and internal administration needs of the business are met.
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
Budgeting & Target Setting
Significant contribution to strategic direction of the Group and tactical development of local and international initiatives
Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and mitigate losses
Managing key client relationships, professional advisors and intermediaries
There may be a requirement to act as personal and corporate director
Act as Relationship lead for a portfolio of client cases
Manage your Client Service team, assisting with their development, training, performance management, and setting of their annual objectives
Business development: working with your client team preparing proposals for new business
Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards/procedures within your Client Services team
What will you need to succeed in this role?
Hold a professionally qualification and a member of STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as accountancy or operational management
Have extensive working knowledge of Private Client and Family Office Services and support operations of the same
Have detailed knowledge of portfolio management, and oversight of external investment portfolios
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and sincerity
Creates a working environment where people are motivated to do their best and to help the business achieve their objectives
