We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our clients’ Underwriting team as a Loss Control Surveyor, in either their Jersey or Guernsey office.  

The ideal candidate will have;

• Detailed technical knowledge of current risk management and loss prevention practices for a broad range of insurance risks
• Experience of surveying/consulting in commercial environments
• Ability to interpret underwriting requirements to ensure that risk management decisions are identified
• Highly developed communication skills with customer and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and negotiate
• Experience and knowledge gained from working in Underwriting, Claims, Surveying or Commercial Engineering (or similar).
• ACII qualified or working towards
• Full driving licence
