Our client is seeking a Group Head of Real Estate to join their team.
This senior executive role combines leadership, strategy, client development, and governance, offering the opportunity to build and inspire a high-performing team, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the Group’s relationships with top institutional clients. You will act as senior contact for key clients, drive business development, oversee process and technology improvements, and lead major strategic initiatives across the Group, including new services and jurisdictions. You will ensure the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance while contributing to budgets, profitability, and overall commercial success. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in Real Estate fund administration or corporate services, strong commercial acumen, deep sector expertise, a proven ability to build relationships and grow the business, and relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA, ACCA, ACA, STEP or equivalent) are highly desirable.
