Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Fiduciary Administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day management of trusts, partnerships and corporate structures. Working closely with a Manager, you’ll handle tasks such as opening bank accounts, processing payments, preparing board packs, maintaining statutory records and liaising with clients, advisors and banks. The role offers varied, hands-on experience in fiduciary services and compliance within a supportive and professional environment. You should hold an entry level qualification in Trust and/or Corporate Administration (or an equivalent higher education qualification), have experience as an administrator in financial services, and possess a basic knowledge of the Jersey legal and regulatory environment, particularly regulatory guidance and the AML/CFT Handbook.
