Job Description
Our client is seeking a Block Property Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of multi-owner block properties, including communal areas, shared utilities, and building maintenance, while working closely with owners and contractors to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs, conduct property inspections, manage owner inquiries and transitions, prepare financial and management reports, ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements, and support internal business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of 5 GCSEs, have at least 2 years’ experience in property management or a similar role, strong knowledge of property law, health and safety regulations, and risk management in Jersey, and experience in managing co-ownership companies and associations is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office365 and a valid driving licence are also required.
