Our client is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Periodic Review Manager to lead our Business Risk Management (BRM) team and strengthen our first-line risk control environment across our offshore operations.

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our BRM function delivers robust risk assurance, control testing, and monitoring in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You’ll play a key role in building a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management while leading a high-performing team that partners closely with business units and corporate functions.

• Lead and oversee the monitoring and periodic review framework, ensuring risk controls and assurance activities meet policy and regulatory expectations.
• Drive quality control standards and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all BRM processes.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management within the financial services industry.
• Strong background in control testing, oversight, and risk assurance.
• Proven experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of risk management frameworks, policies, and offshore regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
