Job Description
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Officer: Business Risk Control to support the implementation of effective business risk management and quality assurance across multiple business units. The successful candidate will assist with risk investigations, data analysis, reporting, policy updates, and assurance activities to promote a strong culture of control and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support risk investigations, data gathering and analysis.
- Escalate high-risk issues and assist in managing risk exposures.
- Maintain and update risk-related policies and processes.
- Contribute to reporting for management, boards, audit committees and regulators.
- Perform administrative tasks aligned to governance and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in business risk management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Risk Management (required).
- 1–2 years’ experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
