Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a 6-month temporary role providing first-level IT support, incident management, and technical advice to customers via remote and on-site service. The position involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records, resolving incidents efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have strong IT support experience, a solid working knowledge of Windows 11, good problem-solving and communication skills, understanding of IT infrastructure, and relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation (desirable).
