Our client is seeking an experienced retail leader to join our senior management team as Head of Store Operations. This is a rare opportunity to take full operational and commercial accountability for a successful, multi-store retail business across Technology, Food and Fashion, Home and Beauty.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a complex multi-site operation, drive commercial performance, and ensure exceptional operational, legal, and brand standards. You will inspire Store Managers and senior leaders while working closely with Finance, HR, and UK stakeholders.

Key Skills

• Proven multi-site retail leader (200+ colleagues).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience in Food and Non-Food retail, ideally premium/branded.
• Confident, resilient leader who sets high standards.
