Job Description

Our client is looking for a CMP Analyst who will support the Compliance & Risk function by contributing to the Compliance Monitoring Programme, conducting testing across key risk areas and helping ensure the business meets Jersey’s legal, regulatory and internal control requirements. The role includes documenting and escalating findings, supporting remedial actions, assisting with compliance registers, CDD and screening matters, and providing AML/CFT/CPF, conduct and prudential regulatory support across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in compliance or a fiduciary, funds or corporate environment, a sound understanding of Jersey’s regulatory framework, and be studying or willing to study toward a recognised compliance qualification such as the ICA, with strong organisational and communication skills.
