Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager, Client Onboarding Unit who will lead and develop a team of client onboarding and AML specialists, setting strategic direction and driving continuous improvement to deliver efficient, compliant and client-centric onboarding processes across jurisdictions. This role acts as a senior escalation point for complex AML and onboarding matters, partners closely with Legal, Compliance and Operations, and contributes to transformation initiatives aligned with the firm’s long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years’ management experience within a legal, compliance or regulatory environment, a recognised AML qualification (e.g. ICA, CAMS), proven success leading large, multi-jurisdictional teams, strong process improvement capability, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
