Job Description
Our client is seeking a Compliance Senior Administrator who will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s compliance framework by carrying out monitoring reviews, identifying and escalating risks, and providing guidance across the business. The role includes ownership of elements of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, responding to CDD and onboarding queries, maintaining compliance records, supporting regulatory visits, and assisting with staff training. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level or equivalent, hold or be working towards a diploma-level compliance qualification (preferably ICA), have at least three years’ relevant industry experience, a good understanding of AML and regulatory requirements, and strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
