Our client is seeking a Manager, Private Capital to oversee the lifecycle management of high-net-worth client entities, ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery. The role involves liaising with Client Directors, 3rd party service providers, and wider stakeholders, supporting fiduciary decision-making, managing risk reviews, and mentoring junior colleagues. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years’ experience serving HNW international families, strong knowledge of complex fiduciary structures, trust and company legislation, investments and asset classes, and proven ability to work collaboratively with industry professionals. Qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, Accountancy, or Legal are desirable, alongside familiarity with NavOne, document management systems, and MS Office.
