Job Description
Our client is seeking an Administrator or Senior Administrator, Corporate to manage client and entity data, support Client Management, and ensure accurate company secretarial and administrative processes. The role includes maintaining electronic and physical records, liaising with third-party providers, processing payments in line with AML, sanctions, and CFT rules, completing workflows, and meeting KPIs. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ trust, company, or legal experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of fiduciary services, and the ability to work flexibly within a collaborative team environment.
