Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Fund & Corporate Services to administer a varied portfolio of fund, corporate, trust, and related structures, ensuring all client administration is completed in line with regulatory and legislative requirements. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing minutes and statutory records, maintaining registers and databases, overseeing client take-on processes, ensuring AML/CFT compliance and CDD standards are met, and supporting billing and time recording activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in financial services, strong knowledge of corporate and trust structures, good understanding of AML legislation, and relevant industry qualifications, with experience in supervising or developing team members.
