Job Description
Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager – Fund Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance to support governance and company secretarial services for a portfolio of fund structures and client entities. The role involves maintaining governance registers, supporting compliance monitoring activities, assisting with fund lifecycle events and transactions, liaising with boards and legal advisers, and ensuring governance processes comply with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance or fiduciary role within a fund administration team or business, strong knowledge of Jersey fund structures and the JFSC regulatory framework, and be CGI qualified or working towards an industry recognised qualification.
