Our client is seeking a Specialist, Business Risk Control to provide first-line risk advice and assurance across the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. The role involves advising stakeholders on risk and control matters, monitoring governance and compliance processes, preparing risk reporting and management information, delivering training, identifying control improvements, and supporting high-quality reporting to senior management and boards. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years’ experience in risk, governance, and compliance within the financial services industry, a relevant qualification in Risk Management, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk matters.
