About us
We supervise the island's financial services industry for compliance with both conduct and prudential requirements, and under the anti-money laundering (AML), countering financing of terrorism (CFT), and countering proliferation financing (CPF) framework. The JFSC is one of the few regulators globally to benefit from the Regulator and the entity Registrar operating under a single financial services commission.
Division: Finance, Strategy and Change
This newly formed division manages the day to day running of JFSC’s finances, ensuring that the JFSC demonstrates value for money and has financial plans and suitable controls in place. The Operational Excellence team plan and support delivering of change across the JFSC, from large scale technology changes to supporting smaller operational improvements. This division owns the strategic framework for the JFSC ensuring that we plan, measure and report our strategic and operational performance to stakeholders.
Team: Change/Operational Excellence
The Operational Excellence/Change team includes the Project Management Office, who manage the larger scale transformational changes across the JFSC and the Operational Excellence team who support divisional operational continuous improvement. This team also supports the reporting of organisational performance to internal stakeholders and the Board.
Role: Project Manager (Permanent/Full-Time)
The successful candidate will join the JFSC at a key stage in its development, as it seeks to play an enhanced role in the continued success of Jersey as a highly regarded International Financial Centre. The candidate will deliver the following outcomes:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects that align with strategic priorities, ensuring
measurable outcomes • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure shared understanding,
commitment, and accountability, resulting in seamless project execution • Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues early to minimize impact on delivery • Maintain transparent communication and manage expectations to build trust and ensure
stakeholder needs are met or exceeded • Capture lessons learned and implement process enhancements that improve future
project performance and organizational maturity • Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, stepping in to support the team with
change activities beyond core project delivery when needed • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies,
supporting Lean practices, and embedding sustainable ways of working across teams

Are you suitable for this role?
The successful candidate will have a strong and proven experience as a Project Manager and have demonstrated experience in delivering technology change, particularly data migration and new case management system launch which would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be required to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
