In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and customer service to end users, acting as the first point of contact to troubleshoot IT issues, manage incidents, and ensure seamless service delivery—both remotely and on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. Industry certifications like ITIL, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus.
