Job Description
The Facilities and Reception department in the Operations Division is seeking a candidate to support the wider business by primarily handling post-processing, scanning, filing, and assisting with reception and facilities duties.
The role involves ordering catering, office supplies, room bookings, switchboard cover, check-in/out visitors, check-in/log couriers, outgoing post/couriers/hand deliveries, archiving and data destruction, annual leave cover, data inputting and scanning projects, and responding to a variety of ad hoc queries.
The ideal candidate will be a Jersey Entitled resident with strong communication and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork abilities, a positive and flexible approach, high organisational and prioritisation skills, computer literacy, and high levels of motivation, initiative, and results orientation.
