The position of Assistant Manager, Client Services (Corporate) is open to a talented individual with solid experience in corporate, trust, and fiduciary services.
The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring effective client relationships and transactions, acting as a role model, and providing technical support and training to team members. The candidate will work with various clients and receive professional development support to grow the business.
The job entails overseeing a portfolio of corporate clients, making sure that client relationships and transactions run smoothly, setting an example for Governance Services staff, offering technical assistance and training, managing daily team activities, abiding by firm policies and procedures, working with the Risk and Compliance team, keeping an eye on outstanding fees, conducting annual reviews of client entities, and maintaining quality control of data input and maintenance within the corporate services.
Proven experience in corporate administration, possession of an appropriate professional certification, proficiency with Microsoft desktop software, and knowledge of specialised programs such as Viewpoint and Document Management Systems are all necessary.
