You'll play a crucial role in streamlining administration, ensuring precise and timely handling of employee-related tasks, maintaining up-to-date HR databases, managing our HR mailbox/Helpdesk, generating system reports, and preparing insightful reports on HR matters.
This position includes duties such as organising LDC Group meetings, managing student enrollment to meet professional standards, overseeing study paths and progress, updating training spreadsheets, maintaining the Learning Centre, scheduling external course bookings, preparing boardrooms for in-house training events, tracking attendance, creating attendee lists for internal courses, and coordinating follow-up actions.
Our client is looking for someone who excels in attention to detail and has strong organisational abilities. If you have solid administrative and numeracy skills, along with excellent interpersonal communication, we want to hear from you! Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage your workload while maintaining confidentiality are essential. Team players with effective time management skills will thrive in this role!
