We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong enthusiasm for legal matters and outstanding communication abilities to become a part of our clients' dynamic Funds team in Jersey.

This position requires collaboration with a varied team on cross-border issues, assisting in the daily operations of the practice area while being guided by seasoned experts. It also requires collaboration with clients across diverse sectors, such as financial institutions, corporations, private equity firms, and investment funds.

The Paralegal will engage in prominent projects and will be entrusted with significant responsibilities. You will review and prepare documents, conduct legal research, serve as a liaison for clients, intermediaries, and external parties, managing various matters, and engage in departmental and team meetings.

We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding communication abilities, strong organisational skills, effective time management, a sincere passion for the legal field, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in computer use, a proactive mindset, and a law degree or its equivalent.
