Our client is looking for a dedicated Resourcing & Onboarding Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is essential in driving the success of our People Strategy and is integral to our HR function. This position requires overseeing recruitment efforts for the organisation, focusing on attracting and successfully integrating skilled professionals to meet business needs. This position involves offering administrative assistance throughout the organisation, which includes coordinating with external vendors, staff, and hiring managers, overseeing candidate and employee information, and contributing to broader initiatives aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities include working with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements, understanding recruitment protocols and principles, supporting ongoing and new agency relationships, taking a direct and involved role in end-to-end recruitment activity, providing guidance and input on hiring decisions to business stakeholders, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, being a competent user of internal HR and recruitment systems and platforms, leading onboarding activity for relevant new starters, managing relationships effectively with hiring managers, partners, recruitment agencies.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who embodies proactivity, professionalism, enthusiasm, confidence, and exceptional organisational skills, along with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Experience in recruitment is a must, preferably gained in a law firm or a professional services environment. You would bee to have a solid understanding of industry standards, a commitment to following established protocols, the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient IT abilities, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) and database systems, are crucial.
