Company Secretary (In House Legal Counsel)

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Company Secretary (In-House Legal Counsel) to uphold and enhance corporate governance across the organisation.

This leadership role is crucial in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while providing high-quality legal services to support commercial objectives. As part of the executive team, you will manage the Board and committees, conduct effectiveness reviews, and oversee director training. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years PQE, be a qualified Chartered Secretary, and possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic legal expertise.
