Our client is seeking a Manager Policies & Procedures to join our Legal, Risk & Governance team in Jersey. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and management of internal policy frameworks, support regulatory alignment, and provide pragmatic guidance to teams across the business. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our governance structure.

Significant experience in a similar governance, legal, risk, or compliance role within financial services or a regulated industry.

Strong academic background and a professional qualification recognized by the JFSC (e.g. ICSA/CGI, STEP, ICA, or equivalent).
