Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel in delivering high-quality legal services.

In this role, you will be supporting the delivery of best-in-class legal services across the non-regulated entities within the group, including assisting on all elements of onboarding third-party suppliers, contract review from a legal and regulatory perspective, non-disclosure agreements and data protection agreements, due-diligence checks and more. The successful candidate will also complete risk and governance questionnaires, maintain supplier contract registers and precedent banks, help develop protocols and technology for client engagement letters and supplier contracts, liaise with the Data Protection Officer on data processing agreements and ad-hoc data protection queries, and assist the Risk & Compliance team to ensure the firm meets regulatory requirements in each location.
