Our client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor / Junior Relationship Manager to join their team.
You will provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures, support key processes such as salary reviews, transfers, inductions, and performance management, and help drive retention and process improvements. Working closely with recruitment, payroll, and central teams, you’ll ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years’ HR advisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it, thriving in a professional services environment.
