Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join their dynamic Property team in Jersey.

Working alongside the Head of Property, you’ll manage a broad range of commercial property transactions, with exposure to residential and corporate support work. You’ll take ownership from instruction to completion, mentor junior staff, and play an active role in client relationship management and business development.

Requirements:

• Jersey/UK/Commonwealth qualified lawyer (4–6 years’ PQE).
• Strong experience in commercial property; residential experience an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
