Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join their Human Capital team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across all levels of the business, ensuring their people strategy and values are at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hires and trainees.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.

Conduct interviews and support selection in line with company values.

Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.

Support with work permits, visas, and compliance processes.

Maintain accurate data and provide regular recruitment reporting.
Requirements:

CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services environment.

Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Confident using HR systems (e.g., Workday) and digital tools.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload.
