Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Private Client team. You will assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all work is carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a portfolio of low to medium-risk trust and company structures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Liaise with external advisors, including investment managers, lawyers, and accountants.
  • Ensure timely completion of client requests and accurate record keeping.
  • Support compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in trust or company administration preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Working towards or interested in a professional qualification (e.g. STEP or ICSA).
